Qingtian's “Belt and Road” overseas Chinese cooperative industrial park project is located in Wenxi Town, with a total land area of 266.8 acres, a new plant of 300,000 square meters, construction of a public innovation center and ancillary supporting facilities, etc., to create a shared public service core, small and medium-sized enterprises Incubator demonstration area, comprehensive service platform for import and export trade, and Qingtian Overseas Small and Medium Enterprise Industrial Park.

The total investment of the project is 1.5 billion yuan. The construction unit is Ante Group. The construction period is 2020-2023. The planned investment in 2020 is 100 million yuan. After the project is completed, it can realize an annual output value of more than 2 billion yuan and settle in more than 40 enterprises. This project is a key construction project of the Zhejiang (Qingtian) Overseas Chinese Economic and Cultural Cooperation Pilot Zone, and also a pioneering practice of Qingtian's active integration into the Yangtze River Delta regional economic integration and development and the construction of the “Belt and Road” demonstration base for cooperation.
